I am trying to set up a user account with my domain email account but it won't let me. I have windows 10 Pro on my laptop and have an office 365 subscription under my domain account. Is there a way to do this? I haven't had an issue on other computers.

    Hello

Yes, you can set up a user account with your domain email on Windows 10 Pro and use your Office 365 subscription under your domain account. Here are the steps:

Joining Windows 10 to a Domain:

Press Windows Logo + R keys to open Run command.

Type Control Panel and click OK.

At Control Panel, click System and Security.

    Click System.

When System settings opens, click Change settings.

Beside “To rename this computer or change its domain or workgroup”, click Change.

On the Computer Name/Domain Changes, click Domain.

Enter the name of the domain to join the computer and click OK.

Setting up Office 365 with a Domain:

Sign in to Office 365 with your admin credentials.

    Navigate to the Admin center.

Click on Settings, domains, and then Add domain.

Type in the domain name and click Use this domain button.

You need to have the correct domain info and account information that is used to authenticate on the Domain. If you encounter any issues, please contact your Network Administrator.
