Does Entra ID P1 and P2 have the self-service group management' feature, or just Entra ID P2. Training modules and documentation are inconsistent.

Entra ID Training Modules have inconsistent information. The "Manage Microsoft Entra ID Identities" module states: "The Premium P2 edition builds upon this by introducing features like self-service group management, where users can create and manage their own groups..." But the previous Module said that Entra ID P1 has this capability? Can someone clarify?     Yes I confirm. May be the information is not clear in Microsoft article. In other hand, if we suppose that only P2 is required it should be mentioned clearly in the article.
