Copilot in Microsoft Stream Not Displaying

Question

Hi all, we've enabled Copilot for a few users. It is working across M365, but I do not see it in Stream. We've uploaded a couple of meetings that were held in ZOOM (client's tool), and created a transcript. No Copilot button. - We conduct our Teams meetings, and auto transcribe, and in Teams we get the meeting recap, bit looking at a meeting in Stream, no Copilot button. Videos have a Transcript
User is Licensed and Copilot is showing in other locations
Users have permission to view videos
