Using Edge and clicking the Copilot symbol in top. It gives this answer, about the need to use Edge and I am not getting into Copilot. I am logged on in the browser.

Which version of Edge do you use? Do you have access to this page https://www.bing.com/chat in Edge?
Do you have any add-ons installed in Edge? If so, you can disable all add-ons and try again. Besides, you can try to log out of Edge and Bing from all your devices, clear Edge browser cache and cookies, then reopen the browser and try again.
