Unable to Find Certification in Microsoft Certificate Dashboard

**Hello I cannot find my AZ-400 Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solution, I have attended exam and passed on Thursday, February 15, 2024 May i know when it will update in certification dashboard. **

Hi Sheikh Mohammed Farhana,It's common for certifications to take some time to be processed and appear in your dashboard. Microsoft needs to validate the exam results and update their systems accordingly. Typically, this process can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.

Go to your Microsoft profile section and in left bottom panel go to "Credentials" section. You will see "Certifications", there you will get all certifications details of passed exam along with the "Get Support" section to contact.

Okay Thank you, But still couldn't find my certification in credentials tab as you guided above to follow.

Hi,

Please check the ID from which you are opening your profile. Cross check the ID from which you had attempted the exam and the profile ID in which you are checking. Sometimes different IDs got created by ourself or having multiple IDs causes issues.

Okay ! I double checked in score report/Certifications tab and transcripts which is showing as passed the exam but couldn't find the certification that's the problem and as you guided i even checked the profile ID which is matching with all wherever the ID's mentioned with my MS ID. Still no Luck :(

Hi,

To rule out browsing-related issues, please follow these steps:

Clear your browser’s cookies and cached history.

Use an InPrivate window in Microsoft Edge.

Go to Your Dashboard

Sign in using your Learning Profile credentials.

Select "View Certificates" once on Your Dashboard.

Also try to search in "Transcript" Section, you will get all certification passed details.

If still it not resolving you need to contact your exam's provider for further assistance, or Microsoft support agent.

In the Credentials page, you will get details like "Get Support" section to contact to Microsoft or you can reach out this for "How to contact support" https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help
