Error AADSTS500200 when trying to Create and add DKIM records to my domain for Microsoft 365.

Question

AADSTS500200: User account '<myname>@<mydomain>' is a personal Microsoft account. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported for this application unless explicitly invited to an organization. Try signing out and signing back in with an organizational account.

Had the error above when trying to login to MS 365 when im trying to Create and add DKIM records to my domain for Microsoft 365. How do i resolve this?

Tried incognito mode, delete cache, im not on VPN, ive enabled Javascript, no browser extension installed... dont know what else to do. please help!
