Deployment status is not updating in SCCM console

Question

Hello All,

We have upgraded SCCM console to 2002 one month ago.

But suddenly we noticed that last 2-3 days any deployment status is not updating in sccm console -> monitoring tab

All the systems are in unknow status but when we are checking those system manually, found the installation is completed successfully.

State message somehow is not updating.

We checked MP , all the MPs are working find and client is showing active green in console.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
Have you tried to run a summarization for these deployments?
And you may check offersum.log for more details, it records the summarization of deployment status messages.

Thanks for your reply.
We have run the summarization for all the deployment but status message is taking 1-2 days to get it for 1-2 systems.
rest of the systems are showing in unknown status.
As suggested kindly find the Offersum.log file screenshot below

You can see the policy download, heartbeat, inventory schedules in General Information when selecting a client in the Asset and Compliance Workplace

Hi ,we have the same issue with sccm 2006 but only on server client.
We try to deploy with ADR some update on a server collection but any deploy stay on "unknow" under monitoring\deployment.
the ccmcache still frozen on the last folder that contain the ccmsetup.exe about the last version updated
The sccm console have acces to client and every appear ok but nothing appear on client.
We also try to deploy a single kb on a collection created about the required asset but all stay on "unknow status"
Our last upgrade for company sccm is the hotfix KB4575790, starting this action all server does not recive any update.
Please help me.
