Account locked, not getting verification code in mobile

Hi,

I recently created a account for learning and selected "pay as you go" option earlier this week.

Today, when I try to log in I am getting a pop up that my account is locked as the below image.

When I click next and provide my number to get the code, I am getting below pop up. So I cannot log in any way.

What options I will have to log in back to my account?

    Hi Pallab,

    You can try reaching out to Azure support via a ticket:

    https://azure.microsoft.com/en-ca/support/create-ticket

    You may have to create the ticket with another account as your current account has been blocked (based on the violation message).

    Also, based on the message (violation), you won't be able to get into your account unless you have it unlocked.
