I cannot see my scheduled exam under certifications in profile

I have scheduled my exam on 2nd march 2024,. But when i login into my account through which I have boked the exam i cannot see my exam appointment under certifications tab.

Please provide solution to my query, as I don't want it to get dragged till my exam day where I am not able to login for my test or reschedule prior to my exam day.
