how can I reschedule my microsoft certification date?

I would like to contact you to explain an unfortunate situation that occured during my recent Microsoft certification exam.

According to my registration, the exam was scheduled for February 29, 2024 at 12:30 AM. However, due to a misunderstanding on my part, I started the exam on the night of February 29th to March 1st, 2024 at 12:30 AM. This mistake on my part resulted in the failure of my certification exam, which I deeply regret. I am reaching out to you to request your understanding and inquire if it would be possible to reschedule my exam as soon as possible. I am fully aware of the importance of this certification for my professional career and I am determined to do whatever is necessary to rectify this error and pass the exam.
