Hello, at February 2023, I had to buy a new cell phone because my old one stopped working, I hadn't activated any backup before on Microsoft Authenticator, I didn't know I had to activate it, because I thought that if I change devices, I just log in with my Microsoft account and I will have access to the accounts registered with the authenticator. Unfortunately, I didn't find any cons, especially one of my very important Instagram accounts that I haven't been able to log into for a year due to this problem. Can anyone help me please

In the absence of a backup for restoration, the sole recourse is to utilize the account recovery methods provided by each service provider. The Microsoft Authenticator functions solely as a code generator.
