I encountered an error while trying to create an Azure databricks workspace. The process seems to get stuck at the "Validating" phase, but there is no clear error message or indication of what went wrong. How can I troubleshoot this issue and successfully create the workspace?

Ensure that the Microsoft.Databricks resource provider is registered and has the status "Registered" in your Azure subscription. If it's not registered, you can register it using the Azure CLI or PowerShell.

If possible, try creating the Databricks workspace in a different Azure region to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the issue is specific to the region you are trying to create the workspace in.
