Hi Zhang,
Thanks for your reply. Please kindly try the solutions below further to see if the problem can be solved.
- Reset Windows Terminal
Open the Command Prompt as an administrator > execute the following command:
del /f /s /q /a "%LocalAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsTerminal_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\settings.json"
- Perform an in-place upgrade of your Windows 11.
- Go to the Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)> Click Download now.
- After the downloading process ends completely, click the tool to run it. > Agree >Select the Upgrade this PC Now option > Next > After downloading, you need to choose to keep your personal files or start fresh. > Your computer will restart several times. > After that, log into Windows 11 and make the needed settings.
Note: 1. Leave 20-25G space on your system disk to perform this. 2. It is recommended to back your files up to avoid unnecessary data loss before performing this.
Feel free to keep me informed.
Best Regards,
Ian Xue
