Required suggestions Window10 New installation having update up to date and pre installed Software in new laptop

Dear Sir/Mam

I work in a company where per day 10-15 new window 10 installation will process on Laptops, while doing window10 installation on that every laptop, Update will occur/under process that will consume time and bandwidth of Network,

Is there is any option that my Windows 10 ISO file is fully updated patches and as per current x laptop update and required software's.

Software is possible with replacing file in ISO, But main issue is window10 update.

My requirement is No need to update window10 after installation it's fully updated up to date.(This is the cause).

After searching a lot I think I go with making ghost of x Laptop and boot the new PC with that Ghost id. But this is done by software's (Norton Ghost,Ease US that is not ethical to use in an organisation.

Please suggest.
