Question

Guys is there a possible way to get a Azure account that has no billing or credit card attached only the subscription allows to only use the free services.

** Microsoft Employees or Team from Microsoft, Can you please create me and my tenant a subscription that doesnt require billing but still i can use the Resources as a normal person would but cannot use the billed resources or the resources that have or will be billed **

I think there is the only way to get a limited free services which is using your school account to register Azure account. Or you can try 200 free credit from Microsoft. Other than that, I think no.
