Does Microsoft store texts and emails that they send to users? Like account verification, codes, activity and account closures. And if so for how long? Thanks in advance

Hi Brian,

I highly doubt that Microsoft stores temporary codes that they have sent to users.

However, they do store activity and account details:

Check the recent sign-in activity for your Microsoft account
