I understand that you would like to know why NAT gateway is not listed in the Azure pricing calculator.
As I mentioned in my comment above, the pricing calculator used to have Azure NAT gateway estimate under Virtual Networks, but it has been removed now.
I reached out to the Azure NAT gateway Product Group team regarding this and below is the update from their end:
We recently made a change to the pricing calculator so that NAT gateway can be added as its own product instead of being nested under virtual network, as we had received feedback about NAT gateway not being easily searchable in the pricing calculator.
The change to update this was recently made, and NAT gateway should be available as its own product in the pricing calculator by end of March or first week of April.
