Making Ghost file windows 10 bootable pendrive by system image backup/suggest other option

Dear Team,

I work in a company where per day 10-15 New Windows installation taking place, due to which maximum time is consume while installing/updating/configure the same,

Some one suggest me to make a ghost pendrive and use for installing the windows , it automatically configured the new laptop as per xlaptop.

I search a lot, find many software (Norton, Minitool) for making ghost bootable pendrive but thats not legal to organization.

I think to go with windows 10 system image and making bootable pendrive to boot is that ok or not .please suggest.

    What is the exact purpose?

    If the main purpose is to make a golden image with latest updates installed, the following steps may be useful.

    clone everything to other desktop ( windows 11 ) - Microsoft Q&A
