Transfer Microsoft Learn Account

Question

Hi Microsoft Learn,

I have a big issue here, the account I used to get my Microsoft 365 Fundaments (MS-900) certification is no longer available to me, I stupidly created a work account through my previous employment and gained the certification through that account.

I need to transfer the certification to this account ******@hotmail.com.

Please can you do this for me? I have the MCID, I really need access to my certification as my current place of employment require it for progression onto the next course.

I know now that I need to use my own personal account for this and assign work accounts to it so that they can see my progress.
