secondary geo location to my primary region, is it possible to change?

can we manually set a secondary region the geo location indiviuadually, i mean can i set it manually to the regions i want? if its possible can someone drop me on the how part?

I guess No, you cannot set secondary region of your choice. the secondare fegions are basically paired with the primary region
