My Dell Latitude 6420 will not access all the directories on my Buffalo LS420 NAS system. It sees only one directory of many.

I have a Dell 6410 and a Dell 6420, both are running Windows 10. One of them will access the Buffalo NAS directories and folders just fine and the other one will only see one of the many directories on the NAS.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

In this business scenario, I would suggest you checking the user permission on the non-working machine.

    1. Go to the file share folder and right-click the property.
    2. Go to Sharing and check if current user is assigned with this permission.
    3. Go to Security and check if the user has NTFS permission.
    4. Meanwhile, please kindly check if there's any related policy configured by GPO and disable it.

In GPO editor, navigate to Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options.
