How are trying view azure file share( Portal, PowerShell, CLi, Storage explorer or SDK)
Can you please share the screenshot of the error message?

Hi

It show the error message when I press "File Shares", but the other links are normal, so I dont think so its a DNS issue.... and I also try this bothe in internet(use Google DNS) and company lan.

What version of Storage Explorer are they using?

Have they reviewed the troubleshooting guide?

Are you trying to connect to Azure, Azure China, an emulator, etc.?

I assume that you are trying to connect to a storage account using a key. Have you double-checked that they entered the account name and key correctly? Does the account allow key-based connections? Has the user disabled key connections in Settings?

Are you able see the storage account via the Azure Portal?

Do you have other resources besides file shares in the storage account? Are you able to see those resources as well, or do they get the same error?
