How to fix OneDrive sign-in error, error code-CAA50021

Dear all,

One of my employee is trying to login to OneDriveMicrosoftTeams-image (4)

on an VM with Windows server OS and when sign in getting an error with error code - CAA50021. Attaching a snapshot of the same here with

Microsoft 365 and Office SharePoint For business Windows
Microsoft 365 and Office OneDrive For business Windows
Microsoft Security Microsoft Entra Microsoft Entra ID

    Does this issue occur with OneDrive for web?

    • Remove Office credentials Type 'Credential Manager' in Search Box and open 'Windows credentials'. Remove the related credentials of the account.
    • Check if user device registration is enabled in Microsoft Entra ID
    • Leave and rejoin Microsoft Entra ID
