Contact the administrator to obtain permission."

Facts:

Saving any file to the local PC is fine

A file with the correct name and extension is created but it is 0kb. If you save the exact same

file again and try to overwrite the 0kb file then the document s![Screenshot 2024-03-05 120712](/api/attachments/d9c67ffd-799f-4057-8a8f-9646565979c1?platform=QnA)

Saving any file to the local PC is fine

There are 2 different permissions, one on NTFS (file system) level, which seems you have and one on the file share itself; and it seems that one is "read-only".

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

To further resolve this issue, please kindly follow below steps:

    1. Go to the file share folder and right-click the property.
    2. Go to Sharing and check if current user is assigned with this permission.
    3. Go to Security and check if the user has NTFS permission.
    4. Please try with administrator account and see if it works.

If you don't have admin account, please check with your IT department and make sure the proper permission has been assigned to your account.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian
