Error uploading documents for Custom Translator model

I am trying to train a Custom Translator model but I am receiving an error that says "Oops something went wrong." I have uploaded my documents, which are visible under "Manage Documents," but they do not show up when I try to train my model. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this issue?
