    Does the problem happen on the Outlook client?

    Does OWA have the same problem?

    Based on your error code, the system doesn't seem to be able to find the specified file. This could be due to corrupted or corrupted system files or a conflict with a scheduled task. If the problem only occurs in the Outlook desktop client, try the following possible solutions:

    • Reset Outlook, disconnect work account from Windows Settings > Accounts > Access work or school, and remove credentials from Credential Manager.
