    Hello

Let’s try to address them one by one.

    1. Startup Issue: It seems like your PC is not showing the startup screen after a factory reset. This could be due to various reasons such as a faulty display driver or system settings. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

Safe Mode: Boot your PC in Safe Mode and check if the startup screen appears. If it does, then the issue might be with a driver or software that doesn’t load in Safe Mode.

Startup Repair: You can also try performing a Startup Repair. This can fix certain system problems that might prevent Windows from starting.

    1. Games Not Opening: If your games are not opening after a factory reset, it could be due to outdated drivers, software conflicts, or issues with the game files. Here are some troubleshooting steps:

Update System and Drivers: Make sure your system and all drivers, especially your graphics driver, are up-to-date.

Reinstall the Game: Uninstall and then reinstall the game. This can help fix any corrupted files that may be causing the issue.

Run a System File Check: Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files. To do this, open Command Prompt as an administrator and type sfc /scannow.

    1. Cursor Moving Off Screen: If your cursor is moving off the screen, it could be due to issues with your monitor’s settings or mouse drivers. Here are some solutions:

Check Monitor’s Projector Mode: If your projector mode is set to Extend, this may cause the cursor to go off the screen. Go to the projector settings and set it to 'Computer only’.

Update Mouse Drivers: Make sure your mouse drivers are up-to-date.

Safe Mode: Boot your PC in Safe Mode and check if the cursor still moves off the screen.

    1. Opening Apps on a Specific Screen: If you want to open an app on a specific screen, you can do so by following these steps:

    Open the program.

Move it to the monitor on which you would like it to open by default.

Hit the Windows key + Shift + Enter.
