Hi All,

I'm running into an issue while nested virtualization.

Running Virtual Box VM inside Azure VM crashes VM and Agent Status sets to 'Not Ready'

I can then not log into the VM via RDP, until I redeploy the Azure VM.

If I start up a Virtual Box VM again, same thing happens.

Here is the VM's specs:

Operating system: Windows (Windows 10 Pro)

Image publisher: MicrosoftWindowsDesktop

Image offer: Windows-10

Image plan: win10-22h2-pro-g2

VM generation: V2

VM architecture: x64

Agent status: Not Ready

Agent version: 2.7.41491.1102

Size: Standard D8s v3

vCPUs: 8

RAM: 32 GiB

Security type: Standard

    @MMartin
    Can you share a little more details about this? What do the logs say on the Windows OS? Is this easily reproduceable and does the crash happen under no workload with no VMs running or only with a VM inside Virtual Box? Have you tried the newer series such as Dsv4 or 5?
