Windows 11 "Windows Tools" folder missing all the tools

Question

There are many windows 11 23H2 in our organization have this same issue. Windows 11 "Windows Tools" missing all of the tools.

Windows 11 23H2 fully updated.

How do I get all the missing tools back?

Hello,

While Windows Tools is a virtual shell location, it has a physical location that represents its content. It can be found under the following path %ProgramData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Windows Tools. Please check if it could be found in this location.

If still can't see the folder, try to create a new user account to log in the machine to check.

Also you may could perform a in-place upgrade to repair system file by using win 11 23H2 iso.
