Error in creating Azure Enterprise Redis cache "No employee profile was found in Jarvis for "

I tried to create an Azure Enterprise Redis in our Test subscription , got this error

not sure about this bad request error. error message seems like related to the internal Jarvis. could anyone help in resolving this error?

Please do check you have appropriate permissions to create an enterprise redis cache and if "Microsoft.Cache" is already registered.

There are some additional requirements for creating Enterprise caches: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-cache-for-redis/cache-overview#special-considerations-for-enterprise-tiers
