I have been assigned a project within my college to make a cloud-based collaboration system on Azure similar to that of Microsoft Teams. However, my tutor has never explained how to go about it and won't answer us if we ask, so I kind of came to the last resort: could anyone be able to say what to use on Azure to do this? Thank you so much!!

Please share some more details with us. What do you mean by "cloud-based collaboration system"?

Not 100% sure, but the specification I have been given says, "You have recently joined the IT department of a medium-sized company that manufactures hand sanitizers. All of the company's data and applications are currently stored on servers located at the head office; however, the IT director is keen to investigate whether cloud technologies would be of benefit to the company. You have been asked to implement a pilot cloud-based collaboration solution for a small department in the company that writes technical manuals for its products. The collaboration system needs to allow the 5 people who work in the department to have cloud-based storage areas where they can collaborate on word-processed documents and spreadsheets. They also need to be able to share calendar appointments. Users should be able to access the system via at least two different browsers from desktop operating systems and at least one mobile operating system."
