How to sync guest accounts on Microsoft Authenticator app between iOS devices?

I have a work account and I am using the Microsoft Authenticator app for the MFA.

I have my main work account and 2 guest accounts.

I recently installed the Authenticator app on my iPad and managed to add my work account there, but I do not find a way to add my two guest accounts there to be able to use the MFA for all my accounts on my iPad instead of my phone.

Is there any way to add my two guest accounts to the Authenticator app to have the same accounts on my iPad and my iPhone?
