Hello ,
I lost my phone over a year ago and I had a few apps locked under the authenticator app. I was wondering if there was any way to recover them accounts on my new phone through the authenticator app? I still have access to my emails and I have the app but I had no cloud backup.
Please let me know if you can help.

you can ask AAD admin to reset MFA so next when you login it will allow you setup MFA on new phone.
