    Hello,

Suggest you to run System File Checker scan:

    1. Search for 'command prompt' using Cortana or Windows Search.
    2. From results, right click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
    3. Type sfc /scannow command and press Enter key.
    4. Let the command complete and then reboot the machine.

If issue still persists, perform clean boot:

    Hello,

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and check issue:

    1. Open Command Prompt as an administrator.

Type the following command and press Enter: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

This will check for and fix issues with the Windows image.

    Clear the System Restore Cache:

    1. Open Command Prompt as an administrator.

Type chkdsk /f /r and press Enter. You might need to restart your computer for the scan to run.

    1. Restart your computer and boot into Safe Mode.

Attempt to run System Restore from Safe Mode to see if the issue persists.

    1. Use Windows Recovery Environment:

If the above methods fail, you can try to perform a System Restore from the Windows Recovery Environment. You can access this by booting from your Windows 11 installation media and selecting “Repair your computer.”

    Best Regards,
