Adding onto what was shared by Dillon, since you don't have access to the Microsoft Authenticator app to complete your MFA.
Unfortunately, when it comes to lockout scenarios (Outlook or Microsoft accounts), the recommended way to regain access to your account is through the account recovery form, if you can't receive a verification code for any reason.
I apologize for the inconvenience but please keep in mind that the recovery process is designed to protect your account and its contents.

Note: If you enabled the Backup and Recovery feature you should be able to recover your account credentials.

For future reference, I'd also recommend creating and managing an emergency access account in MS Entra ID, this will help prevent being accidentally locked out of your MS Entra ID organization for any reason.
