Hi, we have been deploying Cumulative Updates (among other updates) to Windows 10 and recently to Windows 11 (only a few laptops are running Windows 11 23H2 including mine) using Configuration Manager. However, I have noticed issues on my laptop - 2024-02 CU for Windows 11 23H2 is listed in Software Center but it can't be downloaded for some reason - error 0x80D02002. Is this anyhow related to UUP?

Unlike Windows 10 CU updates, Windows 11 CU updates have content information not listing WSUS location:

Even more strange is that when I try to manually install it using msu it says that update is already installed.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

    Hi, @Bojan Zivkovic

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

Error Code 0X80D02002" indicates that SCCM is having trouble downloading files to the affected Windows workstations using Delivery Optimization.

You may try change the client setting 'Allow clients to download delta content when the option is available' to No to see if it helps.

I have checked resultant client settings on my laptop and that setting is already set to No.

I have also tried with that setting set to Yes but the same outcome - downloading stuck at 0% ...

Also, I have double checked and my colleague has same issue, test Windows 11 22H2 likewise. This could be a big problem once we upgrade all Windows 10 22H2 to Windows 11 23H2 or later.

    Hi,

You may try to uncheck Boundary Group option allow peer downloads in this boundary group and give a try again.

In test environment I did nothing special while building MCM infrastructure - maybe there are some settings coming from myriad of GPOs applied in production environment or something needs to be done on MCM/clients end, proxy, ...? Finally, this is from Windows 11 22H2 in test environment (Get-DeliveryOptimizationPerfSnapThisMonth):
