Under Networking, Access Restrictions, when you add a rule and select the Service Tag type, the AppService option does not appear

If you keep scrolling down in the Service Tag dropdown Full list section, you should see it:

@BUDDING UP Any update? When you click the Service tag dropdown should see Frequently used and then if you scroll down some you should see Full list and under that if you keep scrolling you should see what I have posted above with App Service items.
If you are only getting some of the items you might want to try refreshing the page and trying to Add the rule again. Sometimes when the portal tries to retrieve the items to populate the dropdown if it doesn't get a response quick enough (or there is an issue) not all items will show up.
If you could post a screenshot of what you are seeing and more details about your app service and how it is configured that would be helpful.
