Outlook not Outlook not listing emails older than one month for a single shared mailbox

Hi team,

We have a Shared mailbox that not listed emails more than 1 month. Issue only affected one shared mailbox . We have move the **Mail to keep offline **slider to two year or three year or all, but did not help.

In order to further confirm the issue, it's suggested that you could log in to OWA and add the shared mailbox to check if there're any differences.
