Is Planner connection filtering Plan lists?

Hi

We are using Viva Goals across our organization, and connecting initiatives to Planner Plans to automatically sync progress updates into Goals. This is working well, save for some cases where Planner Plans simply don't show up in the Planner connector Plan list. This list appears to be filtered and we have been unable to determine what the criteria is that makes a plan show up or not. It does not appear to be governed by who the plan owner is, whether it is shared out to others or shared to the user by others, public, private or any other distinguishing feature. We have many users who are seeing this behaviour.

Digging around in the Microsoft Graph API Explorer, I can see all of my plans, although to get a list of plans I have to provide a group-id, i.e. no API to show all plans that I can see e.g. at https://tasks.office.com. I'm wondering if Goals is using a group as a filter, but which group and how to choose? There's no way to provide a Group Id in the Planner Connection UI.

Anyone else seen this? Any clues on how to configure either Goals or Plans to make these show up?

    Hi @Oliver Sturrock

When syncing data from Microsoft Planner to Viva Goals, the Key Results are synced from Planner. However, the data may not be automatically updated.

To address this, you can manually select a Key Result, click on “…More”, then choose “Edit”. From there, click on “Connected to Planner” and then “Edit integration” to ensure proper synchronization.
