Help Regarding Developer Tools in Microsoft edge.

Question

So in my Microsoft edge browser when i do inspect and go to dimension responsive and select any device then it is not working like it's locked and when i open the Developer-Tools(elements) on inspect the theme color is red it did not happen before. I tried Everything like ;

Update Microsoft Edge ,
Reset DevTools Settings ,
Zoom Level,
Disable all Extensions,
Repair or Reinstall Microsoft Edge;
"But nothing is working; anyone guide me".. or i have to use shift to another 'browser' currently i am using 'Firefox' or in future may be i use 'Google Chrome' EDGE is Perfect for me and sometime i even search then also a blank page came; I am the only one facing the issue or its browser fault tell me.
