WebApp deploy of my Azure AI(open ai) chatbot never finished

I have created one chatbot using the azure openai service. At this moment I am satisfied with its answers and I want to deploy it to a webapp. But when I try to do it, I fill out all the fields, everything seems correct, and I click "Deploy" and in the notification area it shows "Deploying web app", but this message can be seen there for up to a whole day but it never ends. deploy, nothing happens, I haven't been able to interact with my chat from a webapp yet.

I need to deploy my chat so I can share it. What should I do?
