    Hello Seema Kanwal Gurmani,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Did you created a URL Shortcut GPO using Shortcuts under user configuration or computer configuration?

    User's image

If it is the user configuration, ensure the old and new users are in the same OU.

Please sign out and sign in the old user prefile and check the result.

Or run CMD command gpupdate /force using the old profile.

If it is the computer configuration, please logon the old user on the machine that applied **Shortcut GPO and check the result.
