    Hi Gilles,

    Thanks for your reply. Please refer the following two ways

    1. Install XPS Viewer app

    Open Cotana search bar and type “optional features” > Add a feature > XPS Viewer > Install

    1. Also Reader app from Microsoft Store can open xps files. Download from https://www.microsoft.com/store/productId/9WZDN...

    I don't understand your problem, the XPS Viewer is a Windows build-in application.

    In case you want to disable or enable XPS viewer, then you may open start and search for Turn Windows features on or off and from list you may uncheck or check box to enable or disable it.
