DOTNET sandbox not working

Question

I am trying to take the C# class on Microsoft learn.

However the right-side dotnet sandbox refuses to load. It just spins endlessly and renders nothing. Was wondering if I could get help troubleshooting this. More details:

1. I am signed into my own profile.
2. I was guided to the site through freecodecamp.org
3. I have tried to get this to work on both windows and MAC, no luck.
4. I have installed the most recent dotnet update.
5. When inspecting the page with devtools, the console reports a message of "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)"
