I have Local SQL server, I cannot to connect to this server through data factory as the integration runtime needs a secure connection through SSL certificate.
then I'm creating a ssl certificate in key vault, then I imported this certificate while setting up a self hosted integration runtime, is showing an error it needs a private key

Can you please check and confirm that the certificate in Azure Key Vault is missing the private key or was not imported correctly, you may need to re-import the certificate. When importing the certificate, make sure to include both the certificate and its private key.
