Hello,

Initially, I modified the main domain of my tenant, and I'm utilizing Azure Cloud AD Sync.

Currently, users are unable to share files within conversations. I've attempted both the Teams Web App and the Desktop App.

I can access OneDrive without any problems through the web and the application.

The issue arises solely when utilizing Microsoft Teams.

Any suggestions?

Thank you.

    Hi @Danny Roy

Please contact the administrator to run the diagnostic tool in M365 Admin center for users who cannot upload files.

Please try clearing Teams cache and logging in again.

    Hello,

The diag didn't find any problems

    Run diagnostics

We could not detect any issues for this functionality for this user.

Please have the user reproduce the issue again twice with a gap of two hours to avoid

throttling and rerun this diagnostic. If you continue to see this message, you will need

help from Microsoft Support. Please share the below details while creating a new

    service request

    1. Teams Desktop, Debug logs along with https trace collected as per: Microsoft

    Teams Log Collection

I utilize Teams through the web application, so I don't believe clearing the cache will address this issue.

    Thank you
