when i try to open any vpn i get this massage ( failed to start vpn service )

I understand that when you try to open VPN, you get the following error message "failed to start vpn service".
- Could you please confirm if you are using Azure VPN gateway (as you've tagged Azure VPN gateway in your question)?
- Also, where exactly you are getting this error? Is it on a client machine? Is it a Windows machine?
- Could you please share a screenshot of the error message?
