I notice that you have checked Microsoft Exchange Server Auth Certificate, but you also could try to renew it as the following article:

Did you run (Get-AuthConfig).CurrentCertificateThumbprint | Get-ExchangeCertificate | Format-List?
Re-creation of the certificate is not complex and you can make a backup before any changes are made.
