How to do the backup to the local drive, regarding the problem below?

Please ensure that you have a valid backup storage location configured. This could be another disk, an external drive, or a network share.
Also verify that the storage location has sufficient free space to accommodate the backup.

Do you want to backup a drive to the same drive? That's of course not possible.
If it's a server in Azure, get a Azure BLOB storage as backup destination.
