    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

    As I understand, Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server is stuck and is not getting started.

    Could you please provide below information:

    Is this a newly created server?

    What is the configuration of the server?

    From how long the status has been at stuck state?

    Did you try some heavy load of data processing?

    After refresh, is the state same?

    Please try to restart using Azure CLI command, if this works?
